We are working with two very striking colours this week at Colour Me...! Bermuda Bay & Daffodil Delight!

Our challenge ends on Mondays at 12:00 pm (EST). We have a few rules to keep things fun and fair!

1. Any type of paper crafty projects are welcome - greeting cards, 3D projects, scrapbooking, digital or traditional paper crafts, costumes, if it's craft we want to see it!
2. We ask that you only use the colours listed for your project and of course neutrals are always welcome.
3. Feel free to combine us with up to 3 challenges (including ours), with the exception of other colour challenges.
4. Please add our graphic to your blog with a link back to us. 
5. We reserve the right to remove any links if we feel any material submitted is offensive or found to be in poor taste, we are all here to have a good time!

I thought I would pair this week's colours with the fun sketch being offered up over at Create with Connie & Mary this week :)

Duck Adventure!

The weather is finally more reasonable here in our Nationals Capital and this evening we were able to get out for a nice family walk after supper before the rain started. 

Our son is very much in to nature and wildlife so he loves to look for critters when we are out. He always brings his binoculars with him in case he needs to take a closer look...

I took a few photos this evening and wanted to create a page before I went to bed. I decided to play along with the MDS Monday sketch and the colour combo from Pals Paper Arts.

Blossoms Abound!

I have totally fallen in love with this MDS Ensemble :) I just had to use it for this week's MDS Monday challenge. 

We were given this fun sketch to use and encouraged to use the "Recolour" tool on an embellishment. I recoloured the scalloped dotted ribbon to Smokey Slate :) Spring is FINALLY in the air folks!!!

Baby Butterfly!

I am totally on a baby high after attending not 1 but 2 births yesterday :) 

I have been a Doula for 10 years (officially on the 24th of this month) and in that time I have only had 2 moms in labour at the same time twice. Thank goodness I work with wonderful back up Doulas who are able to support my clients until I can arrive!

Baby #1 yesterday was a little boy (see his card later on this week...!) and Baby #2 was a little girl and this is the card I made for her.
